- Change of Mind Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery and send us photos or a short video showing the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
- Non-Returnable Items
We may decline a return if the item has been used or is not in its original condition.
- Refund Process
Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
