1. Change of Mind Returns You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

2. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Send us photos or a short video showing the issue

We will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund — your choice

3. Non-Returnable Items We may decline a return if:

  • The item has been used
  • The item is not in its original condition

4. Refund Process Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

5. Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before they are processed. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
